A few weeks after Kilimo Kisasa visited Burundi to present its business structure and to discuss a potential sister seed potato farm in Burundi’s highlands, a delegation of ISABU (Insitut des Sciences Agronomique du Burundi) visited our farm in Zombo district. The delegation existed of the Director General, the Director of Research and the Director of Animal Science of ISABU. Their visit created a more detailed understanding of how Kilimo Kisasa works and how a similar model could fit in Burundi.
