In the light of educational development and capacity building in Uganda, Nuffic visited Kilimo Kisasa farm. Nuffic, represented by Armand, is a Dutch organisation for internationalisation in education, funded by the Dutch government. Armand was referred to us by Ecopolis Europa, a Dutch partner of Kilimo Kisasa, to see our short-courses and tailor-made training modules and to discuss the potential of on-farm internships for students of regional and national universities. In the past, Kilimo Kisasa has been involved in a Nuffic-funded project that focussed on applied-agricultural curriculum development for schools and universities in the West Nile region.
